Memberships are only $25. Band discounts are $20 per member, Student discount is only $15 with ID.

How To Join

By Paypal:

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your PayPal payment goes through. We will then ask for your contact info for our database and mail you your membership card.

With this option, all band members must be on one form. Please state the number of group/band members in the “quantity” box and PayPal will calculate the total. After your transaction with PayPal is complete, the MMA will contact you for each band member’s name and contact information.

By Mail:
1. You will need Adobe Acrobat to download and print out our membership forms. Click here for Adobe Acrobat Reader. It’s free!

2. Download the individual membership form HERE. The Group/Band membership form can be downloaded HERE.

3. Individual memberships are $25 each.

4. For Band/Group memberships, $20 for each member with all members on the same form.

5. STUDENT DISCOUNT: Membership is $15 for students via mail only. A photocopy of your student ID is required along with the membership form (see #1 above) to:
